Exhibitor Registration Deadline Approaching
HELI-EXPO 2010 is just a little over 5 weeks away.  If you have not done so, please complete the following information by the appropriate dates as stated below.

Register your Exhibitor Personnel online by Friday, January 15th to avoid lines at the Exhibitor Registration desks and save money. Additional Exhibitor Badges purchased by this deadline are $65 per person versus the onsite price of $255 per person.

Additional Guest Hall Passes
The deadline has been extended to January 29th.  Exhibitors wishing to purchase additional one-day Guest Passes for clients or customers may still do so in advance in sets of 10 for $500 (a substantial costs savings) up to 100 passes maximum (non-refundable) until January 29.  These passes will NOT be available for purchase onsite; if you have not ordered them by the date above, you will need to register each of your guests for a Day Pass for $85.00 per day for members and $105 per day for non-members.  To order, click here and be able to instantly print your additional guest passes through the Exhibitor Guest Pass Portal.

User Name & Pass Code
You will need your user name and pass code to access Exhibitor Registration as well as the Exhibit Guest Pass Portal.  If you do not know this information click here and it will be emailed to you.

We want to alert you of companies that will be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to order services through their company to get supposedly significant discounts. Reservations made through any other agency cannot be guaranteed by HAI and could result in additional charges, incorrect hotel placement, or inflated room rates for exhibitors or attendees.
