HELI-EXPO 2010 Housing to Open at 1:00 p.m. EST, Tuesday, June 9

Once again, Connections Housing is the official “Housing & Reservations Coordinator” for HELI-EXPO 2010.

The HELI-EXPO 2010 headquarter hotel will be the Hilton Americas Hotel.  We recommend that you make your reservations as early as possible beginning at 1:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, June 9, 2009, as the exhibitor and attendee room blocks at the headquarter hotel usually sell out within the first hour or so -- remember, we have more than 17,000 people that attend HELI-EXPO^®!

There are also 16 other hotels to choose from that offer discounted HELI-EXPO^® rates along with various amenities.  Additional hotels may be added at a later date.  For your convenience, once housing opens, a “Hotel Amenities” link will be available from the HELI-EXPO 2010 home page, providing a complete list of the hotels, including their rates, distance from the convention center, and amenities.  This is a very useful tool when trying to decide which property best suits your needs.

Beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June, 9, visit the HELI-EXPO 2010 home page at www.rotor.com and click on "Housing" to make on-line reservations or to download a Hotel Reservation Form.

HELI-EXPO 2010 Lottery Deadlines for Assignment of Space

HELI-EXPO^® booth assignments are determined by two separate lotteries.  Exhibiting companies are treated equally and the placement sequence is determined randomly.

Lottery 1 is open only to HELI-EXPO 2009 exhibitors who submit their Application for Space with payment by July 10, 2009.  Lottery 2 is open to any exhibiting company, including those that have not previously exhibited, returning the Application for Space with payment by August 28, 2009.
