Housing to Open Soon!

Dear Confirmed and Potential HELI-EXPO 2009 Exhibitors:

Please disregard phone calls and/or other solicitations that you may be receiving from companies offering to make your hotel reservations for HELI-EXPO in Anaheim, California.  They claim that the HELI-EXPO 2009 hotel block is sold out and offer group rates, but these companies are NOT affiliated with HAI in any manner.

Connections Housing is the designated official “Housing & Reservations Coordinator” for HELI-EXPO 2009.

HELI-EXPO 2009 housing details are being finalized and will be available soon.  HAI will send follow-up eBlasts; the first will notify you in advance of the opening date for housing and the second will be a reminder that is sent on the day of opening.  Also, be sure to watch www.heliexpo.com for further details as they become available.

We appreciate your patience during the preparation process; we are testing all systems and want to provide the most accurate information and easiest reservation procedures possible.  We also appreciate your eagerness to make hotel reservations early; it is a sign of the success that awaits us in Anaheim.
