Connections Housing is the official “Housing & Reservations Coordinator” for HELI-EXPO 2009.

The Anaheim Marriott and the Hilton Anaheim are the HELI-EXPO 2009 co-headquarter hotels.  We recommend that you make your reservations as early as possible beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 25, as these rooms will sell out quickly!

There are also 21 other hotels to choose from that offer discounted HELI-EXPO rates along with various amenities.  For your convenience we have created a “Hotel Amenities” link where you can see a complete list of the hotels, including their rates, distance from the convention center, and amenities.  This is a very useful tool when trying to decide which property best suits your needs.

To reserve a block of 10 or more rooms, please use the “Group Block Housing Form” available online at www.heliexpo.com, or by email request to
HELI-EXPOHousing@connectionshousing.com.  If the room block has been filled, Connections Housing will assign the next available hotel in order of your indicated preference.

Allow 72 hours for processing.  Once your reservation has been processed, you will receive an acknowledgement via eMail.
