Dear HELI-EXPO 2009 Exhibitor:

HELI-EXPO 2009 is shaping up nicely!  As you begin planning, we wanted to update you on our planning progress and provide you with answers to some frequently asked questions we have been receiving:

• How do I know that my Application for Space has been received?  You are receiving this message because we have received your Application and it is included in either the Lottery 2 or the After Lottery stages of the booth assignment process.  Also, confirmations were sent out via e-mail by Tina Brown, Show Manager, upon processing of applications for space.  The Exhibitor List online at www.heliexpo.com also lists the name of all exhibitors that we have received Applications for Space from as of the date posted on the list.

• When will booth assignments be available?  Lottery 1 booth assignment notices are being sent this week.  We are currently in the process of assigning booth space for those companies included in Lottery 2.  Lottery 2 booth assignment notices will be sent during the last week in November.  Those companies who sent their Application for Space in after the lottery deadlines will receive their booth assignment notifications in early December.

• When will the Exhibitor Services Kit be sent or available online?  The HELI-EXPO 2009 Exhibitor Services Kit will be sent out in December.

• When will Exhibitor Registration be open?  Exhibitor Registration will open in early December.

• What sources of information are currently available that can help me in the planning process?  The Virtual Trade Show is now available for viewing at www.heliexpo.com.  If you view the Virtual Trade Show before receiving your booth assignment notice and have questions, please wait to receive your booth assignment notice before contacting us.  You can also access information via the Registration & Housing, Exhibitor Prospectus, and Professional Education Series brochures.
