HELI-EXPO 2010 Lottery 1 Drawing, Scheduled for Tuesday, August 4, 2009.

Applications for Space and payments must be received by the close of business, 5:30 p.m. EST, on Monday, August 3, to be eligible.

The HELI-EXPO 2010 Lottery 1 drawing will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2009.  Only those companies that exhibited at HELI-EXPO 2009, and have submitted their Application for Space and booth payment by the close of business (5:30 p.m. EST), on Monday, August 3, 2009, will be eligible.  Click here to complete a HELI-EXPO 2010 Application for Space.

Additionally, a revised floor plan has been posted to the HELI-EXPO 2010 home page.  Changes include the reassignment of Static Space to the main show floor on Level 1 of the George R. Brown Convention Center.  Therefore, if you have already submitted your Application for Space, which includes Static Space, you may review the updated floor plan and send us your choice of Static location(s) via e-mail at HELIEXPO@rotor.com; please include “2010-Static Space Preference-Your Company Name” in the subject line.

The complete Exhibitor Prospectus, which includes the HELI-EXPO 2010 Rules, is now available for viewing and/or downloading from the HELI-EXPO 2010 home page at www.rotor.com. As stated in the Exhibitor Prospectus, confirmations of booth space assignments will be sent by October 30, 2009.  We appreciate your patience and cooperation in waiting until this date to make inquiries about booth assignments.  We will send advance notice should this date change to an earlier or later date.
