The Exhibitor Services Kit is ONLINE!

The Exhibitor Services Kit, coordinated by GES Exposition Services, contains a wealth of information about HELI-EXPO 2010. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with its contents. The show is just a few short months away, so we encourage you to begin making arrangements for your booth and complete the necessary forms now to meet the various deadlines and qualify for any discounts.

For your convenience we have included a Quick Reference Checklist which provides information on what forms you will need to fill out along with their deadlines. 

If you requested a CD or Hard Copy of the Exhibitor Services Kit on your Application for Space, these will be mailed out the week of December 7.

The Exhibitor Prospectus, which contains the “Rules and Regulations” for the show, is another valuable resource to be familiar with as you prepare for the show.

Reminder: Carpet is not included in the cost of booth rental; however, exhibitors are required to cover 100% of the floor space of their booth. Exhibitors may provide their own floor covering or carpet may be rented from GES; an order form is included in the Exhibitor Services Kit. Carpet rental through GES includes installation, which will be completed prior to exhibitor move-in. Static space does not require floor covering; however if used, only standard carpet as defined in the Exhibitor Services Kit is allowed.
